EneRa is considered as an interested party as we are an importer of the product subject to the on-going anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations. In this context, please note that in this capacity, EneRa has the right to submit any information in respect of the on-going investigations, to be heard by the investigating services or to have access to the non confidential file of the case. EneRa will also receive any document published in the Official Journal in relation to the case.
